Hi, I’m Sheena, a Licensed Esthetician and Herbal Specialist and the founder of Tru Bond Esthetics and Crownz TruBond Esthetics & Natural Skincare. Crownz TruBond combines professional esthetics, handcrafted skincare, and barrier-conscious care to support healthy-looking, hydrated and radiant skin. My approach focuses on gentle cleansing, purposeful exfoliation, hydration, skin comfort and consistent home care rather than overly aggressive treatments. With years of experience in skincare and a passion for herbs and thoughtfully selected ingredients, I create handcrafted skin, body and hair care designed to support your everyday self-care routine. CANCELLATION POLICY
Crownz TruBond Appointment & Cancellation Policy Appointment Reservations Crownz TruBond operates by appointment only. A booking deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Your deposit is applied toward the total service price and is not an additional charge. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Your first eligible reschedule may transfer your existing deposit to the new appointment date. A second reschedule of the same appointment will result in forfeiture of the original deposit, and a new deposit will be required. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations and no-shows. A cancellation or no-show fee of up to 30% of the service price may apply, as disclosed at booking. Any applicable deposit will be credited against that fee to avoid duplicate charges. Service Packages 6- and 12-session packages expire 10 months after purchase. 24-session packages, including two complimentary sessions, expire 14 months after purchase. All package purchases are final and non-refundable. One transfer may be approved at Crownz TruBond's discretion. Late cancellations and no-shows result in one session deducted from the package. Promotions and additional discounts cannot be combined with packages. Our Commitment Each appointment is reserved specifically for you.
